Hani Kalouti is the Founder and member of the Executive Committee of HBK Investments Advisory S.A. (HBK Wealth).
He founded the firm in 1996 with a vision to deliver client-focused advisory and long-term wealth preservation strategies. Prior to founding HBK, Hani spent 14 years at Citibank, where he held senior leadership positions including Head of Securities Trading and Sales in Zurich and Chief Investment Officer responsible for discretionary and advisory portfolios at Citibank’s Swiss Private Bank in Geneva.
Hani Kalouti holds an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Board Member of the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC).
Sobhi Tabbara is Head of Business Development at HBK Investments Advisory S.A. (HBK Wealth), where he leads business growth and strategic development initiatives. He joined the firm in 2024, bringing over 38 years of experience in private banking and wealth management, with deep expertise in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Prior to joining HBK, Sobhi spent 30 years at HSBC Private Bank, where he held senior leadership roles including Global Head of Saudi Arabia and Global Market Head MENA. He served on the Executive Committee of both HSBC Private Bank (Geneva) and HSBC Bank Middle East (Dubai). Under his leadership, HSBC Private Bank expanded its presence across the region, opening operations in Dubai (DIFC), Abu Dhabi (ADGM), and Kuwait. Sobhi Tabbara began his career in 1986 at Republic National Bank of New York, covering the Middle East institutional market, before moving to Geneva to lead the bank’s Private Banking efforts in the region.
He holds a Master’s in Money and Banking/Finance and a BA in Business Economics from the American University of Beirut. He was recognized as Leading Private Bank Chief Executive Officer at the WealthBriefing MENA Awards for Excellence 2021.
Marc Nadas joined HBK Wealth in 1997. He is CEO and Managing Director on our Board of Directors.
Prior to joining HBK Wealth, Marc spent 6 years with Citibank, where he worked at the derivatives structuring and trading desk in London and was also member of the Investment Committee for the discretionary asset management division.
Marc is a Board member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers ASG and holds a Master of science in Economics from HEC Lausanne.
Prior to joining HBK Wealth in 2005, Laurent Senehi worked for Morgan Stanley Capital International. He started his career as an equity research analyst and subsequently became the Functional Lead of the Index Reviews, coordinating the rebalancing of MSCI indices within the Equity Research Group in Geneva, Singapore, Princeton and Mumbai.
Laurent holds a Master in Economics with a major in Finance at the University of Neuchâtel. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Anne-Céline Huart joined HBK Wealth in 2013 and is responsible for the Legal & Compliance function of the firm.
Prior to joining HBK, Anne-Céline worked for Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva, where she specialized in investment funds and related legal and compliance issues. After an initial experience in a law firm in Brussels in 1998, Anne-Céline spent a few years in the consultancy industry with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte in Luxembourg. She then moved to Geneva in 2007 and pursued her career in the legal department of Optimal Investment Services, where she was in charge of legal and compliance issues.
She holds a Master in Law from the University of Brussels (ULB).
Magd Stambuli joined HBK Wealth in 2020.
Magd is a senior investment specialist with over 25 years of experience in asset and wealth management, including past employment with Hermitage & Co, where he was Chief Investment Officer, Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie (LODH), where he was head of the hedge fund advisory teams, and Ferrier Lullin (a former division of UBS).
Prior to that, he was an analyst at FAM, STMicroelectronics and GTN Telecomand an assistant in the Department of Econometrics at the University of Geneva. Magd is a qualified Financial Risk Manager with the Global Association of Risk Professionals and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. In 2025, he passed the Risk and AI (RAI) Exam.
He holds a Master’s degrees in Economics, Econometrics and Applied Econometrics from the University of Geneva.
Glyn Griffiths joined HBK Wealth in 2024.
Glyn began his career with Credit Suisse as Junior Relationship manager before becoming Private Banker focusing on the Egyptian market and ultimately transitioning to Strategic and Business development. He then went on to set-up the Middle Eastern desk at HSBC Guyerzeller Bank. The next step brought him in a Geneva-based multi-family office where he was Financial Advisor, Senior Operations Executive and Head of Compliance. Before joining HBK, he was Director and Desk Head at HSBC Private Bank Suisse.
Glyn holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Geneva and is PMP Certified. He has extensive experience in investment, wealth management and project management.
