Marwan Naja served as Chairman of our Board of Directors from 2014. He is the owner of Manixer, a Geneva-based private equity advisory firm, advising private clients on illiquid investment opportunities.
He also serves on the boards of several Swiss companies. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director for Private Equity at Deutsche Bank in New York and London, and subsequently Head of Private Equity at Pictet & Cie.
He holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
Frédéric Berney has served as a Director since 2014 and Vice Chairman of the Board since 2022. He brings over 30 years of experience in wealth management and investment banking, with a focus on alternative investment and impact investing strategies.
Frederic previously served as CRO of BlueOrchard (Private Credit), CRO of Harcourt (Hedge Fund, Vontobel Group) and he headed risk functions at Credit Suisse and Sanwa International in London. Frédéric is presently partner and co-head of Investments at iGravity AG, a Swiss impact investing manager specialized in Private Debt in Emerging Markets and .
Frederic is a dedicated advocate of best practice in corporate governance for investment funds. He holds an MSc in Banking and Finance and a BSc in Economics from HEC Lausanne, along with certifications as a Certified Independent Fund Director (CIFD), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and training in impact investing from the University of Zurich.
Marc Nadas joined HBK Wealth in 1997. He is CEO and Co-CIO, member of the Executive Committee and Managing Director on our Board of Directors.
Prior to joining HBK Wealth, Marc spent 6 years with Citibank, where he worked at the derivatives structuring and trading desk in London and was also member of the Investment Committee for the discretionary asset management division.
Marc is a Board member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers ASG and holds a Master of science in Economics from HEC Lausanne.
