Marwan Naja chairs HBK Wealth Board of Director since 2104.
He is the owner of Manixer, a Geneva-based private equity focused consulting firm and advises private clients on illiquid investments. Marwan serves as Chairman of two Swiss IT services companies and of the largest operator of hotels in the Gstaad region. He also sits on the Board of several other companies in Switzerland and the UK.
Prior to that, he was Managing Director for Private Equity at Deutsche Bank in New York and London, before being appointed Head of Private Equity at Pictet & Cie.
Frédéric Berney serves a Vice-Chairman of HBK Wealth’s Board since 2022.
A Swiss certified public accountant and a ASR-licensed audit expert, he is a Partner of Berney & Associés, a Geneva-based fiduciary company. With over 25 years of experience in wealth management and investment banking and a focus on risk management in alternative investment strategies and impact investing, he held several positions in Risk Management, such as CRO at Blue Orchard and Harcourt.
He has a Master in Finance from HEC Lausanne.
Marc Nadas joined HBK Wealth in 1997. He is CEO and Co-CIO, member of the Executive Committee and Managing Director on HBK Wealth’s Board.
Prior to joining HBK Wealth. Marc spent 6 years with Citibank, where he worked at the derivatives structuring and trading desk in London and was also member of the Investment Committee for the discretionary asset management division.
Marc is a Board member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers ASG and holds a Master of science in Economics from HEC Lausanne.
